CATALOG LOGON

ONCE A USER’S ACCOUNT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY AN AUTHORIZER, THE USER WILL LOG ONTO THE CATALOG SYSTEM BY ENTERING THEIR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

THEIR USERNAME AND PASSWORD WILL BE VERIFIED AND WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED INTO THE CATALOG WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION.

REQUEST FORGOTTEN USERNAME AND PASSWORD

IF THE USER FORGETS THEIR USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD, THEY CAN REQUEST AN E-MAIL BE SENT TO THEIR ACCOUNT’S E-MAIL ADDRESS WITH THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

ON THE CATALOG LOGON PAGE, THE USER CLICKS THE “FORGOT YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION” LINK. A POP-UP WINDOW WILL DISPLAY A PAGE REQUESTING THEIR E-MAIL ADDRESS.

ONCE THE USER SUBMITS THE FORM, THE SYSTEM IS CHECKED FOR MATCHING E-MAIL ACCOUNTS. IF A MATCH IS FOUND, AN E-MAIL IS SENT TO THE SPECIFIED ADDRESS WITH THE INFORMATION. IF NO MATCH IS FOUND, A MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED NOTIFYING THE USER.
